OPTASE TTO Eyelid Cleansing Wipes are preservative-free, individually wrapped wipes formulated with tea tree oil, hyaluronic acid, chamomile, and aloe vera, designed for daily cleansing of the eyelid margin and lashes.

The optase eyelid cleansing wipes are preservative‑free, alcohol‑free and phosphate‑free, making them ideal for daily use, even on sensitive eyes. Unlike standard wipes, the textured side helps remove stubborn debris and make‑up more effectively. The optase cleansing wipes contain chamomile and aloe vera to further calm and hydrate, and have been shown in clinical practice to support the management of blepharitis and Demodex when used as part of a complete eyelid hygiene regimen.

How do I use these wipes?

These trials found meaningful reductions in mite counts and symptom improvement over several weeks of daily use. We'd note honestly that we haven't been able to confirm this specific product exactly matches the concentration used in those trials, so we'd describe this as a well-evidenced ingredient approach rather than claiming this exact product has been trialled.

Can I use this every day?

Yes, these are formulated for daily use, including on sensitive eyes, since they're preservative-free and alcohol-free.

Does this treat blepharitis, or just help manage it?

Can I use this if I wear contact lenses?
