- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund:

- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Exclusions:
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Consumable or perishable items.
