OPTASE TTO Eyelid Cleansing Wipes are preservative-free, individually wrapped wipes formulated with tea tree oil, hyaluronic acid, chamomile, and aloe vera, designed for daily cleansing of the eyelid margin and lashes.

Keeping the lid margin clean is a well-established, guideline-recommended part of managing blepharitis and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), since a clean lid margin helps reduce debris, excess oil, and irritation that can interfere with healthy tear production.

Optase TTO eyelid cleansing wipes are specially formulated with tea tree oil (TTO) and hyaluronic acid to gently but effectively cleanse the lid margin while moisturising and soothing the skin.

The optase eyelid cleansing wipes are preservative-free, alcohol-free and phosphate-free, making them ideal for daily use, even on sensitive eyes. Unlike standard wipes, the textured side helps remove stubborn debris and make-up more effectively.

The optase cleansing wipes contain chamomile and aloe vera to further calm and hydrate, and have been shown in clinical practice to support the management of blepharitis and Demodex when used as part of a complete eyelid hygiene regimen.

This formula contains Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia), Hyaluronic Acid, Chamomile (Matricaria) Flower Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, and Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A) as key active ingredients to cleanse, soothe, and hydrate the delicate eyelid area.

Other ingredients include Aqua, Polysorbate 20, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Propylene Glycol, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, and Limonene.

Wash hands thoroughly before use.
Remove one wipe from its sachet and wrap over your index finger.
Close your eye and wipe gently across the eyelid and lashes in a side-to-side motion several times.
Discard the wipe after use. Do not reuse.
Using a fresh wipe, repeat for the other eye.
No need to rinse after use.

For best results, use daily as part of your morning or evening routine.

For external use only. Do not apply directly to the eye or inside the eyelid.
Discontinue use and consult a practitioner if irritation, redness or discomfort persists or worsens.
Single use only — discard after each wipe.
Keep out of reach of children.
