The optase moist heat eye mask uses patented HydroBead™ technology that absorbs moisture from the air and releases natural, constant moist heat when microwaved. Unlike a warm face cloth which loses heat within 3 minutes, this optase moist heat mask maintains therapeutic temperatures for the full 10‑minute treatment. The optase eye mask is reusable, washable, and comes with a protective pouch. A clinical trial proved this optase heat mask was significantly more effective than a warm face cloth at treating MGD signs and symptoms, with the additional benefit of reducing Demodex mites. The mask will not support bacterial or fungal growth and requires no special covers.

1. Place mask flat in an 800W microwave for 25 seconds.
2. Test temperature with fingers before applying to closed eyes.
3. Strap over closed eyes for 10 minutes.
4. For best results, use daily as recommended by your eye care professional.
5. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry for 24 hours before next use.

Caution: Do not exceed 30 seconds of heating. If reusing within 30 minutes, reduce heating time by 10 seconds.
