OPTASE Eyelid Cleansing Gel is a preservative-free, rinse-off gel that combines tea tree oil, hyaluronic acid, and pro-vitamin B5 to cleanse, moisturise, and soothe the eyelids and lashes in one step.

Keeping the lid margin clean is a well-established part of managing blepharitis and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), since it helps remove debris, excess oil, and buildup that can contribute to irritation. This gel is designed to be used as part of a daily eyelid hygiene routine, often alongside the OPTASE Moist Heat Mask and lid wipes as part of a complete "heat, cleanse, hydrate" regime.

The optase eyelid cleansing gel is a 3‑in‑1 formula that cleanses, moisturises and soothes in one easy step. Unlike harsh scrubs, this optase eye lid cleansing gel is preservative‑free, alcohol‑free and phosphate‑free, making it ideal for daily use, even on sensitive eyes and for children aged 3+. It is enriched with tea tree oil (TTO) to help purify the lid margin, hyaluronic acid for deep hydration, and pro‑vitamin B5 to soothe and condition the skin. This optase tea tree oil eyelid cleansing gel is suitable for contact lens wearers (remove lenses before use) and for use during pregnancy and lactation. When used twice daily, one 50ml bottle lasts approximately two months. The optase gel forms part of the clinically recommended HEAT, CLEANSE, HYDRATE regimen for comprehensive dry eye and blepharitis management.

'- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Place a small amount of optase eyelid cleansing gel on clean fingertips.
- Close your eyes and gently massage the gel over the eyelids and along the base of the eyelashes for 15–20 seconds per eye.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Use morning and evening for best results.

- Discontinue use and consult a practitioner if irritation, redness or discomfort persists or worsens.
- Avoid if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients.
- Keep out of reach of children.
